本标准对氢氧发生器的安全基本要求、设置氢氧发生器场所环境安全要求、供气系统、电气装置、安全防护装置、试运行、运行及维护、应急处理等作出了规定。本标准适用于工作压力≤0.2 MPa且PV≤8.0 MPa·L的氢氧发生器及其氢氧混合气供气管道。
