本标准规定了卫浴型散热器的术语与定义、分类与标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志与预留、包装、运输、贮存、保修与更换等。
本标准适用于民用建筑中以热水为热媒、工作热媒温度不高于95℃，酸碱度pH=7.0～12.0，氯根、硫酸根含量分别不大于100 mg/L，溶解氧不大于0.1 mg/L，根据采暖系统的供水情况其他水质指标，分别符合GB 1576和HG/T 3729标准中关于供暖水质要求的卫浴型散热器（以下简称散热器）。
