本文件适用于表面粗糙度Ra不大于6.3 μm、厚度不小于实施检测用表面波5倍波长的工件。检测圆柱体等曲面工件的曲率半径不小于22.5 mm。
注：实施检测用表面波波长按工件的理论表面波声速/实施检测用表面波探头的标称频率计算。
