Scope of Application：
本文件提供了教育组织管理体系（EOMS)审核与认证的规则，EOMS需符合ISO 21001或满足其他标准的规定要求。同时，本文件亦为客户提供了供应商如何获得EOMS认证的信息，旨在增进其对于EOMS认证的信任感。
EOMS认证属于第三方合格评定活动（见GB/T 27000—2023中第4.5)，从事该认证活动的机构是第三方合格评定机构。
注1： 本文件能用于针对希望取得EOMS审核认证业务资格的认证机构的认可或同行评审，能被监管机构和行业协会作为规则，用于上述认证机构的认可。同时，本文件中的部分要求亦能用于参与此类认证机构合格评定的其他相关方，以及用于认证EOMS是否符合除ISO 21001以外标准的机构的合格评定。
注2：根据ISO 21001规定，EOMS认证是管理体系认证，而非产品认证。
注3： ISO 21001是一项独立的管理体系标准，而非ISO 9001在行业中的应用。
