本试验方法可采用单箱法、两箱法和三箱法，用于单个元器件和焊点互连的温度循环试验。进行单箱法温度循环时，负载置于固定的试验箱内，试验箱内引入热空气、周围空气或冷空气，加热或冷却负载。进行两箱法温度循环时，负载置于可移动平台，该平台在两个维持设定温度的固定试验箱之间移动。进行三箱法温度循环时，负载在三个试验箱之间移动。
