本文件规定了燃气灶具的能效等级、技术要求和测试方法。
本文件适用于使用城镇燃气的额定热负荷不大于5.23 kW的家用燃气灶和集成灶(以下统称“家用燃气灶具”)，也适用于额定热负荷不大于60 kW的炒菜灶、额定热负荷不大于80 kW的大锅灶、额定热负荷不大于80 kW的水胆式和蒸汽发生式蒸箱和蒸汽发生器(以下统称“商用燃气灶具”)。
本文件不适用于在交通工具中使用的燃气灶具。
注：家用燃气灶和集成灶的额定热负荷指单个燃烧器的热负荷；炒菜灶、大锅灶、蒸箱和蒸汽发生器的额定热负荷指单个燃烧单元的热负荷。
